Christmas Stroll in Spencer

This week has been unusual but fun. I have been seeing a lot of new faces, thanks to the T&G article, the Phantom Gourmet show (BTW if you did not see the episode on us and you want to, stop by the store...
...I will show you the 4-5 minute spot and be shamelessly happy you wanted to see it). Then, I had my picture along with Amy Yanover (local photographer extraordinaire) in the New Leader (town paper). So, I have had a LOT of press lately! This is good. But, the real question is - can I keep up with the orders. It has been getting better and better and better each day.
Today was a kicker. I had to go home to make Hi Hat mini cupcakes for tomorrow's town Christmas Stroll so Casey "manned" the store. He called to say the mailman had come in and dropped off a large envelope from "The Phantom Gourmet" They want me to participate in next year's Boston Food Phest, showcasing one of my 'signature' items! That would mean THOUSANDS!!!!!!!! of an item. I don't sleep now what will I do then? Have to think about that one but could I ask for more exposure for free??? After all, the customers do pay for the item. I could make a mint.
Can I be cloned before then? Hmmmmmmmmmm......
